Best dance ‘workout’ for seniors would be Greek Dancing—Dancing for pleasuree-….Dacing ina circle to simple Greek dance steps. you get the exercise but all dance together, and have fun.. Humans have danced together ofr thousands o fyers..justnot recently.. InGreek dancing you don’t touch hand, but hold a knotted handeker chief to connect you to the next dancer.
I think for people over 60 who can do slower movements in bodybuilding or workout , they can slow down the speed of the same video that is played on YouTube and do the same movements at a slower down. I do this myself.
I´ve been instructor last 28 yrs and i have to say that i really enjoyed to watch this video. You are actually really good. Love your presentation.
How do I get the weekly exercises through my email?
Thank you for making this dance workout. It was fun. You are a good dancer and made it possible for a 60+ with a repaired knee to do it!
